The badge is awarded for participating in the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania exam, that took place on 2026-10-23 on the website https://konstitucijosegzaminas.lt/. The exam was open to everyone who wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the Constitution. It consisted of multiple-choice questions and one open-ended question. Acquired competencies:

Complete the Constitution Exam on 23 October 2026 at https://konstitucijosegzaminas.lt/. Your results will appear in your account after 3 working days.
Confirm your participation in one of the following ways:
- If your law lecturer organises the exam, upload your results to Moodle.
- If you are not taking a law course, email a screenshot or photo of your exam results to vvte@vilniustech.lt.
The digital badge will be issued by email after the event based on the participant lists provided by the VILNIUS TECH Department of Law.
