In a national team together with my peers, I identified typical user of badge system and identified the user journey.
I analysed essential activities, roles and experiences that influence the learning pathway in the local programmes that we implement. It helped to identify possible badge-based recognition solutions to our activities.
I received this badge during the training course “Reimagining Recognition - Badge-based Recognition in Youth Work”, which took place in Finland, August 2019.
