Badge earner: Sami Sorjonen
Earners of this badge have been involved in planning follow up actions at local level to transfer learning from the study visit. They collaborated with other participants from their country and used the Knoster Model for action planing. The model covers five elements required for effective change: vision, skills, incentives, resources and an action plan.The group work results were summarised and presented to participants of the international study visit on badge-based recognition practices within the capacity building project 'Reimagining Recognition'.
This badge with the enclosed evidence represents how learning was achieved and reflection on the learning process during the international study visit. The self-assessment was enhanced through dialogue with other participants.
