I've completed the training given by the Kiamo’s presales Engineer to the Partner’s technical presales resources.
Following the completion of this training, as a presale Qualified Engineer I'm able to:
- Understand key feature of Kiamo
- Position Kiamo in the ICM market
- Qualify a project :
- Identify key personas and the common challenges the prospect is facing.
- Defined the needs in order to propose the most accurate licencing scheme
- Understand the challenge related to the implementation project
Tâches
Kiamo Presales Qualified Engineer
This will entail a training given by the Kiamo’s presales Engineer to the Partner’s technical presales resources.
Following the completion of this training, a presale Qualified Engineer should be able to:
- Understand key feature of Kiamo
- Position Kiamo in the ICM market
- Qualify a project :
- Identify key personas and the common challenges the prospect is facing.
- Defined the need in order to propose the most accurate licencing scheme
- Understand the challenge related to the implementation project
In addition to this training the obtention of the badge require that the candidate will have managed at least one complete pre-sale project.
